At Nissey Products Co., Ltd, for a would-be hire, from the job interview to the first day of work, to regular follow-ups later on, only one of our supervisor takes in-charge of the entire process.
receive various consultations on a daily basis. By working together one by one, I build a trust relationship with staffs. Even after my responsible area has changed, there are many staffs who contract me.
Thanks to staffs I develop as well!
If I continue this job, I communicate with many people. Of course, there are people who join us and some staffs leave. Meanwhile, it is a really nice moment when a previous staff member directly contact me and says "I want to work again". I realize that my staffs are growing experiences. I can learn a lot from this work with a lot of different people. In order to make such a moment, I will deepen the communication with staffs even more, I will do my best to make everyone do more fulfilling work.
